Patient Relations

Many patients at Smilepoint Dental initially speak with patient relations professionals. This role is crucial in ensuring that patients enjoy a positive experience, starting from the initial inquiry and continuing through to the follow-up after treatment. In this role, it is essential to communicate effectively, demonstrate empathy, and maintain a professional demeanour. In this role, you will schedule appointments, assist patients with information regarding their treatments, respond to enquiries, and provide support to patients throughout their visit. The Patient Relations team collaborates closely with dentists, nurses, and administrative personnel to ensure that the clinic operates efficiently and maintains a welcoming atmosphere.

Smilepoint Dental offers a favourable work-life balance, operating from 8:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. five days a week, including weekends, while remaining closed on public holidays. We promote a work environment where respect is paramount, and both teamwork and patient care hold equal significance.
