It is easy and convenient to book a dental appointment in Singapore online at Smilepoint Dental Centre.
New Patient: At Smilepoint Dental if you are a first-time patient follow the prompts below to proceed with the online dental booking.
Existing Patient: Existing patients may book their next dental appointment online and choose their provider (beta).
Please enter your:
1) FULL name. Include Chinese or middle names (if any) in the first name.
2) Birthdate in the format MM/ DD/ YYYY.
For patients using the online booking service, please book only 1 upcoming appointment. The database housekeeping process would delete all appointments except for the earliest upcoming appointment. For errors or changes, please reach out to the clinic staff.

Dental Appointment Singapore Online Booking: Things to Note
Book your dental appointment conveniently at Smilepoint dental via our online booking facility and please note the below points.
Contact Number: Online dental booking requires a valid 8-digit phone number. Your dental appointment may be canceled if we cannot reach you to confirm: also, an invalid phone number will result in an immediate cancellation of any scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling: Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cross Infection: Patients who are ill should reschedule their dental appointments to avoid potential discomfort during dental treatment and prevent cross-infection among the staff and healthy patients.
Punctuality: Please arrive 3 minutes before your appointed time. Punctual clients will be seen first. Due to time constraints, clients who have missed their appointed times may be rescheduled.
Payments: Expected at the time of treatment.
Insurance Cards – AIA dental insurance, IHP and Fullerton Healthcare cards as well as CHAS and Pioneer Generation cards need to be valid and presented upon arrival at reception.
