Existing patients may book their next appointment online and choose their provider (beta).
Please enter your:
1) FULL name. Include Chinese or middle names (if any) in the first name.
2) Birthdate in the format MM/ DD/ YYYY.
If you are unable to retrieve your data, please contact the clinic for assistance.
Contact Number: A valid 8 digit phone number is required for online booking. If we are unable to contact you for confirmation, your appointment may be cancelled. Appointments booked with an invalid phone number will be cancelled immediately.
Rescheduling: Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice.
Cross Infection: Patients who are ill should reschedule their dental appointments to avoid potential discomfort during dental treatment and prevent cross-infection to the staff and healthy patients.
Punctuality: Please arrive 3 minutes before your appointed time. Punctual clients will be seen first. Due to time constraints, clients who have missed their appointed times may be rescheduled.
Payments: Expected at the time of treatment.
Insurance Cards – AIA dental insurance, IHP and Fullerton Healthcare cards as well as CHAS and Pioneer Generation cards need to be valid and presented upon arrival at reception.
Operating Hours: Smilepoint is open from Monday to Saturday.
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
