Following the orthodontist’s guidance, patients initially wear retainers full-time, gradually transitioning to nighttime use. Duration varies, but regular check-ups ensure effective retention of corrected tooth positions. Our transparent retainers are priced at $250 per arch (upper or lower), and for both upper and lower transparent retainers, the total fee is $500. These can be ready for collection within 1-2 days after we take your impressions.
Alternatively, our metal retainers are available at $350 per arch (upper or lower), with a total fee of $700 for both upper and lower metal retainers. These metal retainers can be ready for fitting within 10-14 days.

- Brush and floss your teeth twice a day. This is even more important when you have braces, as plaque can build up more easily around the brackets and wires. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste, and floss with a special floss threader or interdental brush.
- Avoid sticky foods. Sticky foods, such as caramel, taffy, and gum, can get stuck in your braces and make it difficult to remove. They can also damage your braces.
- Avoid hard foods. Hard foods, such as apples, carrots, and ice, can also damage your braces. If you must eat these foods, cut them into small pieces.
- See your orthodontist for regular checkups. Your orthodontist will need to adjust your braces periodically as your teeth move. They will also check for any problems with your braces.
