DR. NG KUEN SIEW
Dr. Ng Kuen Siew, holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the National University of Singapore and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS). Dr. Ng has extensive experience in various aspects of general dentistry, accumulated from more than 16 years of practice with the National Dental Centre, School Dental Service, Armed Forces and private clinics.
Dr. Ng has a special interest in the dental treatment of young children and adolescents. She is able to advise on growth & development of dentition during these crucial years. She derives great satisfaction in helping children attain more self-confidence from correction of malocclusion and crooked dentition. She regularly attends continuing education programs to keep abreast of the latest technology and developments in dental care.
She is a devoted mother to two young daughters and is especially concerned about encouraging normal growth and development of young children.
DR LEONG SE MEAN
Registered Specialist in Orthodontics (Singapore dental Council)

Dr. Leong is a Fellow in the Academy of Medicine (FAM), Singapore and is a registered specialist (Orthodontics) with the Singapore Dental Council.
Dr. Leong Se Mean obtained a degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1998. She was on the Dean’s List for the academic year 1994/1995. After graduation, Dr. Leong practised general dentistry for several years in school dental clinics, polyclinics and the National Dental Centre.
In 2002, she undertook postgraduate training in the United Kingdom and received her Master degree in Orthodontics (MSc) from the University of London and Membership in Orthodontics (M. Orth) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2005. Her training experience in the UK involved treating children and adults with complex malocclusion at various NHS (National Health Service) hospitals including the Guy’s Hospital, the Kent and Sussex Hospital and the Queen Victoria Hospital. After returning to Singapore, Dr. Leong was appointed the Registrar and later Senior Registrar in orthodontics at the National Dental Centre.She has been practising Orthodontics exclusively for more than 12 years.
Happily married, Dr. Leong is a mom to two young boys. A fan of Roger Federer, she enjoys watching tennis in her free time.
DR. AIDAN YEO
Dr. Aidan Yeo graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1997. He served for two years as a dental officer at the National Dental Centre before embarking on a three year residency program in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. He graduated with a Masters of Dental Surgery (Oral Maxillofacial Surgery) in 2002 and was also admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons.
Having undergone extensive basic and advanced specialty training, Dr. Yeo is well versed in many aspects of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. He has special interest in the areas of dental implantology and orthognathic surgery, both of which help patients tremendously in improving function, appearance and quality of life. In addition, he has also received training in maxillofacial trauma, oral pathology and oral medicine.
Dr. Yeo has particular interest in the care and management of patients undergoing radiation therapy for head and neck oncology.
Dr. Marion Dinan
Marion graduated from University College Cork, Ireland in 2001. She moved to the UK and worked in private practice before moving to Australia. She has been working in private practice in Sydney for the last ten years prior to relocating to Singapore. Marion enjoys the variety that general dental practice brings and takes care to deliver quality dentistry in a relaxed and caring environment.
She has a special interest in voluntary work and recently traveled to Papua New Guinea to provide dental care to very disadvantaged communities. Marion is committed to keeping up to date with advancements in dentistry and regularly attends seminars to further her knowledge. In her spare time she enjoys running, triathlon, ocean swimming and traveling.
Lynn is a registered oral health therapist with the Ministry of Health. She specializes in the diagnosis of oral health conditions and treatment of bleeding diseased gums.
Dr. Sim Shih Yu obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from University of Otago, New Zealand. He is multilingual and fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin. He is able to converse in Chinese dialects such as Cantonese and Hokkien.
Dr Sim provides full dental service in general dentistry. He believes listening to patient’s concern with effective communication, up to date knowledge, and good clinical skills are the keys to a trusting, harmonious, and long lasting patient-dentist rapport. Dr Sim would strive to keep his knowledge current by attending continuing professional education to provide the best treatments to his patients.
He is a member of Malaysian Mensa Society. He also enjoys dancing, playing the guitar, and traveling.
Dr. Foong Ya Qi
Dr Foong Ya Qi graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2011. Since
graduation, she has been in full private practice. She enjoys all aspects of
dentistry and believes in providing holistic dental care to her patients. She also
attends regular continuing professional education courses to keep up with the
latest techniques and technologies.
Dr. Low Yi Han
Dr. Low Yi Han obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from The National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2005. After 3 years of general practice comprising of hospital & community dentistry, he went on to pursue his post-graduate training in Periodontology and graduated with a Master of Dental Surgery degree in 2011. In the same year, he obtained his fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (United Kingdom). In 2013, he received the certificate of Specialist Registration with Singapore Dental Council as a Periodontist.
Dr Low provides a comprehensive range of non-surgical and surgical periodontal therapy as well as dental implant procedures with special interest in regenerative periodontics.
Outside clinical practice, he was involved in NUS undergraduate teaching and was an adjunct lecturer at Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) for the oral health therapist programme.
Dr. Tony Wong
Dr. Tony Wong graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry, National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 1997.
He has served as Dental Officer at the National Dental Centre and also on secondment to the Singapore Armed Forces Dental Division and started private practice in 1999 with an established group dental practice in Orchard Road.
In 2003, Dr. Tony Wong successfully completed the Course in Oral Implantology and attained the Certificate in Oral Implantology (with Merit) from the University of Frankfurt. He has special interests in Oral Surgery, Dental Implantology and Restorative Dentistry.
